PT. Yudha Bangun Persada is not a new company. We are the result of a long evolution that began in 2007 — spanning three company eras, dozens of projects, and one commitment that has never changed: building with quality and integrity.

Our Story

Not a Newcomer

Our journey began on February 15, 2007, when Mr. Nelson Hendrik founded CV Imagi Cipta Selaras in Pamulang, South Tangerang. Starting from a local construction business focused on residential housing and small developer projects, our reputation grew project by project.

Client trust pushed us to grow further. On August 2, 2011, the company transformed into PT. Yudha Bumi Perkasa — a major leap that opened doors to larger-scale projects, including residential developments at BSD City with Sinar Mas Land, multi-location infrastructure, and commercial renovations.

On March 14, 2022, before Notary Yohanes Irson Purba, SH, the company officially became PT. Yudha Bangun Persada. Ratified by Ministry of Justice Decree 2022, we now operate fully from Jl. Benda Timur 4 Blok E 68 No. 1, Pamulang, South Tangerang.

CV Imagi Cipta Selaras — The Beginning

Founded by Mr. Nelson Hendrik H. Simamora on February 15, 2007 in Pamulang. Started from residential construction and small developer projects with technical standards that were never compromised.

2011

PT. Yudha Bumi Perkasa — Expansion Era

On August 2, 2011, leveled up to PT. Yudha Bumi Perkasa. Larger-scale projects began coming in — including residential developments at BSD City with Sinar Mas Land and multi-location infrastructure.

2018

SIUJK Grade 2 — National Recognition

Obtained Construction Business License Grade 2 from Banten Province based on Government Regulation No. 28 of 2000. This certification authorized us to handle construction projects throughout Indonesia.

2022

PT. Yudha Bangun Persada — New Identity

On March 14, 2022, before Notary Yohanes Irson Purba SH, officially became PT. Yudha Bangun Persada. Ratified by Ministry of Justice Decree 2022 with active TDP & SIUP, ready to serve on a national scale.

Official Notarial Deed 2022

Established before Notary Yohanes Irson Purba, SH, with registration No. 03 in Tangerang. Ratified by Ministry of Justice Decree in 2022.

TDP — Company Registration Certificate

Officially registered as a legally established company actively operating in Indonesia.

SIUP — Trading Business License

Active SIUP covering procurement and distribution of building materials and construction equipment.

ATTI Certification

All technical staff are registered and certified with the Indonesian Technical Engineering Association (ATTI) for Civil Engineering and Architecture.
